The collection began with a simple post card that deplicted Miss Taylor in her role in the 1956 classic Giant. Ammassed from all corners of the world the collection has been reported as the largest of its kind in the world. The collection showcases the personal relationship between Miss Taylor and the collector with many personal autographs, birthday/christmas cards and letters along with many items that once were owned and worn by the legendary actress. The collection has been documented in many mdeiums and recently was showcased on the ABC Collectors program. The next step for this unique and remarkable collection is the book of the same name which is published by Horizon Publishing Group and is due for release in March 2011. Miss Taylor herself has sighted the collection in many forms and recently viewed the first draft of the book. She describes the intenity of the collection as a unique volume that has reminded her of so many parts of her life.
