The Layout has been a work in progress for about 6 Years now and is 15 feet long X 8 feet wide, shaped like a Capital E with the middle bit missing. We can run 25 Car Freight Trains and 9 Car Passenger Trains with out too much mayhem and the Time Period I Model is between 1950 to 1970 when American Railroads were being bought out by the Union Pacific Railway. The Area Modeled is The Feather River Area in Colorado. Alot of the Layout is almost complete and I feel around Christmas time 2011 will see 90% of the work done. I am assisted by 2 Good Mates who help with the Construction and Maintence and we get together when ever we can for Running days and a cold Beer.
